Princess Love Bloom's a Shiningdance kid obviously, and she's the younger sister between her and Skyla.
And since she's the second born, she won't rly have a chance to ever rule the Crystal Empire (neither does Skyla honestly, but shhh Love's still pissed off about it) and it seems that ponies tend to focus on her sister more than her since Skyla's the first born and an alicorn and blah blah blah you get it
