This is the cute Dash from >>827536. No one knew where to get the original, so I vectored it myself. I did a rough vector first and used it in several reverse searches (Derpi, TinEye, Google), but those only found me a slightly larger copy of the same image. So I went ahead and changed the broken-looking legs and did some other edits while I was at it. I admit it looks somewhat disproportional (the original looked too), but despite of my several attempts I couldn't fix that; I only ended up making things even more disproportional. If someone else wants to try fixing this, go right ahead, it's an SVG.
(I also have no idea who the original artist is.)
