In the bottom right picture, the red-yellow thing sticking out the back of her hair is a frisbee.

Quick Bread Bio: Amalthea's family moved to Kelpie Island from the minotaur continent in search of a quiet, low profile life. Before Hoops, Amalthea could easily be considered Dumbbell's closest friend. She has a fond place in most of his earliest memories before the move to the Equestrian main land and ultimately Cloudsdale. They met while she was carrying a massive pile of driftwood back to her family's workshop. A stray frisbee thrown by Dumbbell's father got itself lodged into her curly (read: very unkempt) hair, and Dumbbell, who was still new to flying, couldn't stop in time. Amalthea was less worried about the dropped wood and more concerned about how disconcertingly adorable her new acquaintance was. And Dumbbell was quickly impressed by how much she was able to carry. (Even more than his dad!)

From there a fast friendship was formed with Amalthea becoming something akin to a Big Sister Best Friend. For years after that they ruled the island, running around doing whatever they pleased. (as long as they didn't get caught.) Because of her mischievous and relentlessly youthful personality, Amalthea was quickly made the center of attention and the "leader" of the other islander children.

Hobbies: She enjoys sailing and exploring the neighboring islands. She also makes drift wood sculptures for tourists which is the main draw of her family's carpentry business. She also loves boxing and grappling, favorite sports of Minotaur and Diamond Dogs. Despite her young age she's already a serious though novice contender for the Kelpie Island Boxing Tournament. She tries teaching the basics to Little Brother Best Friend.
