Look like Guardians of Harmony will be only an annual but at the same time in the original announcement explicitly said "a new series of comic books from IDW debuts this fall"

The future isn't bright for "Guardians of Harmony". Maybe the toyline don't sells well enough for Hasbro after all or IDW comic just don't know how to manage this new toyline
