Today, June 26th, 2015, the United States Supreme Court has ruled in favour of same-sex marriage. ALL 50 STATES are now required to allow same-sex couples to marry and to honour those marriages across America. Though the fight for equality is far from over, this is a HUGE step in seeing LGBT folk become more and more accepted as time goes by. Good job, everyone. We're getting it done.
Honestly, I cried seeing it today. I cried because, although I'm young and so is my boyfriend, I can marry him. I can marry the person I love and it's okay.
I'm emotional. I need to lay down. Have some sparkly horses.
