Mother of Platinum Decree

Royal Decree was a concept that came to me recently because i haven't fleshed out who Platinum's Mother was, And so Royal Decree was born…She is pretty much everything Platinum doesn't want to become, A trophy wife that always needs a stallion in her life that is okay with being 2nd best to her husband Golden Decree leaving him to make the hard decisions while she takes care of Platinum.
Anyway it was fun to draw something for her and think of what kind of clothing reflects her personality and where Platinum Decree gets her good looks from, But it's clear passion and determination came from Golden Decree.
