Little prompt:

Vorepone had a small snack, but she wanted to have a little fun with them and play a game. Swallowing down a length of licorice, she challenges her prey a 30 second race against the clock (and her throat) for their freedom. After the time hits zero she'll close the escape that is her mouth, and cutting the life line, swallowing her prey all the way back down again.

(I'm not quite sure what she'd do if he was in trajectory of her teeth, though.)

Here we just see the last ten seconds of the little guy's climb. I tried a weird x-ray-ish view on the second panel; the outside of the esophagus with the prey wrapped inside.
