Unsure of original filter's name,
but Dreamscope calls it 'Botanical Dimensions'.

Dreamscope has a good variety of Deep Dream filters to use, and it converts very quickly with little wait time.
Update: It looks like they let you sign up now, and that allows for private image uploads as well as keeping a larger image size: 1920 width becomes 1200, instead of 800.
Still, its generally it's better to get the Deep Dream setup on your own computer, if you can, but it takes a lot more time and effort to sort it out properly.

Kudos to gallagher117 for using Deep Dream on this scene first.
