I'm aware Soarin's mane/tail outlines are a bright blue in the series and I had them like that at first, but once I added the shading they became too distracting so I changed it to a really dark blue to look more natural.
His shading and lighting were supposed to be softer due to the super-soft background, but it looked too messy, so I made it more cell-shady while still using the airbrush tool to keep a certain amount of softness.
I kinda want him to hang out with Mew… hmm…
