Just had another urge to make another crystal pony, that and I wanted to test some designs for manes/hair/tails with Celestia. I like the whole "Rarity/Sunset Shimmer" sort of hair curling style a lot :3
That, I saw this shot of her wing down and just HAD to do something with it .3.
