Nightfall Flair is the daughter of Trixie, who was magically inseminated by Twilight's fully realized alicorn power. Though both her mothers are ascended alicorns, she only inherited their wings: a unique condition of having the bat-like construction of Trixie's combined with the feathers of Twilight's. Though she has no unicorn magic, she has a passion and talent for prestidigitation and uses all the skills at her disposal to create the illusion that she has magic power comparable to her mothers'. She's arrogant, flamboyant, and loves her friends fiercely, but often cycles between extreme extroversion and locking herself away for weeks to practice a new trick or simply because she feels slighted.
