Look! I made a new OC~
Her name is Frost Keeper, but she prefers to be called Luca.
Shes the one nipping at your nose in the winter. x3
The tips of her wings become transparent and frosty smoke appears. Only when flies past you is when you suddenly get a collection of chills all throughout your body.
