Derpy, Time Turner, Dinky, Sparkler, Temporal Bubble and Cinnamon Vortex!
I love this couple and this is the most lovey dovey thing I've ever drawn I can't express just how happy I am with those two in the back there! :D Anyway… I gave Dinky a mechanic cutie mark, and goggles, gloves and boots. I originally had her in overalls but they looked funny so I scrapped them. She's a cutie!
Derpy met the Doctor several years after she'd adopted Sparkler and gave birth to Dinky. When she first met him she was in a rather loveless marriage with a stallion in Canterlot. The Doctor, going by the name Time Turner, was in Canterlot sight seeing when he happened upon a rather upset Dinky who was being bullied by several other foals for having a blank flank. He chased the bullies off by posing as her father and stayed with her until Derpy came to pick her up after school. Derpy and Time Turner hit it off rather well over a fast food dinner. Both were rather unusual for ponies and didn't quite fit in anywhere. The Doctor told her to visit him in Ponyville sometime, got in his Tardis and vanished. Quite excited by their adventure of the day Derpy and Dinky went home. They didn't see the Doctor for several months after that. Her husband came home drunk one night and she, being a bit clumsy, knocked over several items. He nearly broke one of her wings, cracked three ribs and left her covered in bruises. She left the minute he fell asleep, taking the girls and bolting for the train station. They went to Ponyville, the girls sleeping on the train and Derpy struggling with what had happened. When they got to Ponyville they found the house number the Doctor had given them and knocked. It was rather late but he answered and took them in. Derpy filed for divorce and remained in Ponyville for several years, getting a job as a mail mare to keep her and her daughters afloat. The Doctor helped when he could and remained a father figure to the pair. Derpy fell in love with him and her and the girls became his companions for several years. Dinky actually got her Cutie mark while helping make some repairs to the Tardis. The Doctor and Derpy eventually married, and had two foals of their own. Sparkler and Dinky were overjoyed.

Sparkler:
Personality: Sparkler is a kind mare, with a bit of a suborn streak and a near OCD need for organization. She can come off cold and mean sometimes, and tends to snap at others, but she always apologizes.
Cutie Mark: Three diamonds.
Occupation: Organizational expert and time traveler.

Dinky:
Personality: A hard working mare with a genuine personality. She learned a lot from the Doctor and has very high morals because of him. She can't stand to see others cry and as much as her cutie mark is about fixing machines it also means she's good at fixing other ponies problems.
Cutie Mark: A wrench and screwdriver.
Occupation: Ponyville's chief mechanic, time traveler, Tardis repairer, and on occasion a counselor. She takes odd jobs at Camp Crusader and helps the CMC whenever she can.

Cinnamon Vortex:
Personality: Sweet as sugar and a speed demon when she needs to be. She loves to bake, and puts a lot of time and effort into it.
Cutie mark: Three cinnamon buns
Occupation: Elementary school student, assistant at Sugar Cube Corner, apprentice to Mrs. Cake and Pinkie Pie, time traveler.

Temporal Bubble:
Personality: A bit clumsy like his mother, but just as gentle and kind. He got his dad's love of adventure and curiosity. A bit shorter than most and with the same genetic disorder as his mother that causes their eyes to be different.
Cutie Mark: An hourglass with bubbles coming out the top
Occupation: Elementary school student, time traveler.
