I know Fluttershy very well. She is a very nice and gentle pony but she has a serious helper syndrome. I respect that she wants to help all the animals in Equestria but it is an impossible task. One day we let her help us, as an intern, but she made us quite some problems. She has lost her mind seeing some patients that had serious fractures and hugged them too hard. She has injured them quite a bit. From now on we only allow her to be here if she brings an animal that she cant treat herself or need medical information.
As far as I know Fluttershy isnt hurting our business by caring for the animals she has. But I hope that she knows when the situation needs a professional.
