Shes not really a pony/human offspring as shes not a standard satyr. Its more like when a family of short people get a very tall child, except with a mishmash of creature genes instead.
I have no idea what exact creatures though, as of now i dont even know if its majorly human, sphinx or both even. Drawing twilight like this was just meant to be a one off thing, but
