when malice goes out to try win over ponies and bring them back to fort snuggles, she takes on her disguise tender smiles, a happy and cheerful pegesus….though if she doesn't focus before changing she becomes a unicorn……and no one seems to notice…..after winning over ponies to follow her cause she shows them her true form…..she needs ponies to join her cause none of the changeling grunts wanted to join her and she is still looking for a volunteer to help her start her hive and make many many baby changelings, she kind of wants to ask chilly willy but gets all nervous and changes the subject
