And I decided to do few quick sketches from it. — In this version I made Timid an alicorn.

So my idea of this is that in some very random AU these buddies get their elements like the main 6 in the show, — they also face difficulties and crap, advancing to the point where one of them becomes an alicorn. Unlike in the show, neither of the unicorns are fit to become an powerful being like alicorn. Instead the fitting one is an earth pony, who with his logic and knowledge has helped the group trough many things (yet not becoming the leader of the group at any point).
