A screenshot from the upcoming Moonrise animation. Here's my rendition of how the Everfree Castle and surrounding city might have looked at the height of its glory, shortly before the rise of Nightmare Moon. The landscape and castle architecture are mostly based on the few external shots of the castle ruins we see from S04 E03, "Castle Mania," with some influence from Canterlot's architecture and additional gothic elements thrown in.
