(i am willing to hear any suggestions for a backstory for my new race I am thinking of them being related to the tree of harmony)




Saplings;

Saplings are the first form of Runae thy don't have any defining features only there eyes and ears are a different colour to there body and on their head, they have a brown seed and being a sapling they are also genderless



Blooming Transformation;

When a Sapling has gathered enough energy into its seed it blooms all kinds of flowers depending on the sapling personality then the flower consumes the sapling into itself and forms a giant flower pod and inside it, the Sapling grows to its final form and in the pod, they can choose how they look and their gender even make themselves look like a different race and this transformation takes about 1 to 2 weeks



Final Form;

after the 1 to 2 Weeks the Pod opens and blooms reviling the final form of the Runae and he or she awakes and the water bubble around them pops and the pod fades away leaving the Newly formed Runae to is new life.
