A request to Jussonic. Since we don't know what Roclan look like, I decide to make this base to look like Roclan is more devilish Dragon than the others. It was kinda weird since nobody comment me for whole months the day I have my first DeviantArt Account with my new scanner. Anyways, I hope I could get some more detail to make what the OC look like as the others make more stuff.
