Headcanon Time: In my Headcanon SunBurst and Sunset Shimmer are siblings. Stellar Flare and Cinnamon Chai were married but they divorced. Sunset Shimmer lived with Cinnamon Chai and SunBurst with Stellar Flare. After 4 years Cinnamon Chai gave birth to her another daughter Honey Tea and re-married with Donut Joe. SunBurst,Sunset and Honey were very close and as big siblings Sun and Sunny wanted to protect their littlle baby sister.

This picture is a memory of Sunset, she and Honey Tea were making a birthday cake for their big brother SunBurts. After the divorce of their parents, Honey's birth and Celestia's rejection she left for the human world living her siblings and mothers alone.
