Hoo boy this one took a while.Lightningeye is the second-to-last pony from pinkmane's OC's and quite probably the second least used ever.Obviously she's the resident Air Mage in the family, using magic that corresponds to electricity, O2 and whatnot.
I like how the Thunder Ball spell effect came out on this one, took a bit to get the glow effect right on them.
