he was taken away from her after she was claimed to be incapable of parenting.
then he was surprise adopted by a diamond dog named Short Circuitz.
So he's kind of greedy and a tiny bit crafty.
Terrance later decided to hunt for his mother since he had a place to live with Short Circuitz.
