While out on the town Harmony Blitz noticed a new dress on sale at the Carousel Boutique. Naturally she had to get one. So, after tea, and a little exchange with her aunt Rarity, little Harmony commissioned her to make one for her.
Dress was designed based on elements from the anime Spice and Wolf.
