There's three things you need to know about Storm Chaser, his coat is embroidered by friends, family, and previous lovers, he loves storms, and don't you dare try to take away his beloved double barrel shotgun, Missy Higgins, he will try to kill you.

Storm Chaser tried to join the royal guard in Canterlot, but left once he learned of their no gun policy, so he wandered the desert, chasing storms, until he met some Dogs, and decided to join their cause, since every Dog has a gun.
