Notes:
* If you play a victory card or curse, there is no effect (you do not gain/lose victory point tokens)
* If you trash a card that doesn't belong to you, it still goes in the trash
* If you discard a card belonging to someone else, it goes in their discard pile, not yours
* If you play a card belonging to someone else, it is not considered in play
* If you play or discard a card in the supply, it remains in the supply
* Commodities you earn when it is not your turn are not reset until the clean-up phase of your next turn
* Library Tree does not force the inclusion of a Ruins deck if you are playing with no other Dark Ages cards
