A hurricane is bearing down on Honolulu and the Hawaiian Islands, and the Mane Six Minus One from My Little Pony are camped out at a local hurricane shelter. But Pinkie Pie isn't clear on the concept of hurricane parties in such a scary situation. Applejack refers to an infamous old meme to describe Pinkie's hijinks, Rainbow Dash turns into a zombie (not really), and Fluttershy comforts a frightened little keiki (child in Hawaiian).
Rarity is not in this drawing because the focus is on Pinkie, not the other ponies. Let's just say she's off screen in another corner of the shelter.
