Once we're in the mountain, we discover a mare frozen with some kind of liquid. It appears she dropped a canister and got frozen by its contents. Amber does what any hero would do in this situation and loots the body. For science, of course.

On the art, here's where things began to shift. For whatever reason, I started accidentally drawing Amber's glasses bigger and bigger. I could have gone back and fixed it, but I liked the look and the player approved so I ran with it. Also, the additional puffiness in her coat is because we stuffed it with a towel Night Cap brought when we were trying to warm her up. This won't be the last time her design evolves.
