Although Maledic lives with Fluttershy, she has scheduled meetings and lessons with both her mother and her father, where they train her so that she can fit her future title.
Unfortunately, because Celestia and Discord have…Somewhat different ideas of what makes a good leader, this can leave Maledic in a bit of confusion of what to do….But I'll probably go into detail with that some other time.
