So, when I do bios for characters, I usually do sketches of them to get some inspiration. I feel like drawing characters really helps you visualize how they'd act and react to different things. In Dove's case, I drew her fangirling over Star's wings which gave me the idea to make her have some kind of fascination with wings and feathers as well as make her very dramatic. I was cracking up when I read :iconbico-kun:'s comment because it basically described what was happening here. SO, I decided to finish it just because it is funny and I find it adorable

Dove: YOU! You there!

Starburst: looks around Me?

Dove: sprints to Starburst

Starburst: nervously takes a step back and threateningly spreads wings

Dove: Your wings…… ARE STUNNING!

Starburst: I….. wha…..

Dove: Look at them! So huge! So shiny! So gorgeous! Oh, how they glow when the light touches them! My dear, it's like the very sun is on your back! Stunning! Absolutely stunning!

Starburst: I… um… thanks!

Dove: It must be so lovely to be a pegasus! And to have wings and fly! Oh, but here I am, just a simple unicorn. But I can dream!

Starburst: ……. being a unicorn isn't so bad…. My friend Anthea traded me her unicorn powers for my wings once and it was pretty cool using magic

Dove: Oh my! Isn't that dangerous??? Well, at least it seems like your wings are still intact. I never liked unicorn magic. Far too many risks… OOOOHH but wings! They just seem so great!

Starburst: Yeah, they get us pegasi around I guess

Dove: They're so much more than transportation! They are ART! You must preen them, no?

Starburst: Yeah… wait no… I… Yes, I preen them

Dove: Art! You must line them up and take out the unneeded ones, correct? So you can fly comfortably and show them to the world!

Starburst: I guess so… looks at Dove strangely

Dove: notices Star's expression Ahem, forgive me if I got carried away. I have a fascination with wings, eheh

Starburst: I can tell…

Dove: I should probably introduce myself, hm? My name is Dove. And you?

Starburst: Starburst. Nice to meet you, Dove

Dove: Starburst? As in Princess Twilight's daughter Starburst???

Starburst: Yup… That's…. that's me…

Dove: Wow! What an honor! Did you know that our mother's were rivals long ago?

Starburst: ……………… Are you…….. Trixie's daughter?

Dove: That is me! My, what a small world, no?

Starburst: Yeah…. I mean no…. I mean…. dammit

Dove: Well, Princess Starburst, it was a pleasure meeting you. I must go and rehearse for my performance tonight. Thank you for allowing me to admire your wings

Starburst: No prob. Nice meeting you, too. I like your wing cape thing by the way

Dove: Ahah, merci! And so my obsession becomes more apparent

Starburst: It's not really an obsession… it's more like….uh

Starburst: Because it's a good place for performing?

Dove: Well, yes and because of all the handsome pegasus stallions~

Spontaneously decided Dove would have a Prench (French) accent because her father is from Prance (France). Also came up with the headcanon that Starburst's intimidation technique doesn't work on her
