A number of people have drawn comparisons, but I decided to do one of my own formalizing the process, laying out exactly what I did, and getting scale more exact.

Blue ink is the direct comparison.
Green ink is working off of a citation >>395227 to get the height in cm.

It's kind of funnily like a general relativity problem, in that the units you use to measure the objects vary (pixels), but relationships within the objects don't vary across coordinate systems, so you identify something that doesn't vary (like the line in-between the front of the nostril and the front stroke of the ear) and use those as a measurement in-between coordinate systems.
