Season 6, Episode 18: Buckball Season
Episode starting with Applejack?! Gonna be good, of course haha. She apparently grows apples of steel, though. Surviving multiple buckings AND breaking through the wooden target?! I want to see the entire list of types of apples growing at Sweet Apple Acres now.Then there was also Fluttershy's super hair extension power! I didn't know pink causes tails to become usable like that. But we have seen Applejack carry 3 ponies on hers in the past… not to mention typical Pinkie Pie hair. Buckball was actually a pretty interesting looking sport. A fun inclusion of Earth ponies, Pegasus and Unicorns. Now just gotta see the humans try that. Should be fun to watch right?There were further smaller moments throughout the episode, bunch of faces, angry Fluttershy, Sportsmanship, fun, etc. I don't watch a lot of sports, and sometimes that's also because some can have quite unsporty behaviour, not having fun, too serious looks, considering their opponent an actual enemy instead of the opposite player… etc. Some friendliness and fun can make it enjoyable for some folks.Kept the style a bit rough again, but with some focus here and there. Deliberately keeping the amount of character in focus a minimum. Unlike last week's 5 main characters hahaha. I intended to keep this Saturday a lot shorter.
