I believe some context is in order.
This is from NPR's game show "Ask Me Another" that just aired. There was a round of "this, that, or the other" (a game where you guess whether a clue is part of one of 3 categories) and the categories were culinary herbs, MLP characters, and Enya songs.
The host jokingly responded to a guess at the clue Twilight Sparkle that the correct category was "culinary herb" before confirming that the contestant had guessed the category "My Little Pony characters" correctly.
