Gilda and Robo Gilda. Gilda acts as a composition character in the game, combining the roles of Vargas, Sabin's rival, Dadaluma, the boss in Zozo, and Number 128, the boss fought fleeing the Magitek Factory, into one, in order to create a recurring antagonist operating for the Empire to give them a stronger presence in the early game.

In Discord's Tower the player faces Robo Gilda; I'll leave it for interpretation of this is actually a resurrected cyborg Gilda, or just a robot based on her design.
