I just saw this on the Discord pony mod as one of the ponymotes and loved it, was kinda sad I didn't find it on this site.
Though this version doesn't have party hats, unlike ponymotes. I decided it looked more generally applicable without them — you could imagine more scenarios for them :q
Svg is in source description (well, .psd, actually, but it's a vector file, nonetheless, so I thought the .svg tag was fitting since it's really saying "vector file this was exported from).
