I'm not sure how I never noticed or remembered this scene before now, I've watched The Cutie Map many times, and even many times looking for this pony. But Not Glider had a speaking part I somehow never caught before. She was the first pony to greet Fluttershy after she joined the village. Her voice is fittingly cute.
