There's a very good reason why Sunset isn't in the middle.
She had all her memories of being in the EG world completely removed. The picture was before they destroy the memory stone and due to Sunset's sacrifices, the humane 6 considers her a friend.

Sci-Twi seems to be considered the most important of them though, like her pony counterpart.

In both that picture and others (from LoE) she's also the only one with a headpiece that can be reasonably considered to be a crown so the symbolism is also there.
