I need to infodump about this headcanon for a bit as I have new followers that might not know this so…

I've mentioned before in an older artwork how I headcanon Pinkie Pie with psychosis due to the very obvious symptoms and psychotic episodes she displays (plus she only appears to show positive and cognitive symptoms as seen here




Since I drew that artwork she's had a psychotic break in 'Secrets And Pies' and another smaller one with hallucinations here in 'The Maud Couple'.

I'm suspecting she's not taking her meds frequently enough because canonically the time between 'The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows', 'Secrets And Pies' and 'The Maud Couple' is probably around a couple months (if the first four seasons taking place in an entire year is anything to gauge by) and if she keeps having delusions and hallucinations this frequently, something's not right with her now.

I mean, her episodes weren't as bad as the massive mental breakdown she had in 'Party Of One' but sweetie, for the love of Celestia, take your goddamn meds this isn't healthy.
