For those who "understandn't" this meme:
Humane 6 has hands up, but RD realized that magic didn't work so they hands down but PP didn't realize that so that's why PP have IE above her head. Rest of the browsers is random and doesn't mean anything. Just for show the rest of them are faster than IE.
