After a random occurrence of teleportation, Mario ends up by himself in the past of the Elements of Insanity. This was about the 4th or 5th time he's been teleported there. Wether if it's himself, with Luigi, or some members of the squad. He's confused and somewhat angered that he was sent here again, after the so many times the EoI of the past have tried to kill him or others that've come back here.

However, after a couple of safe instances he soon figures out why he was brought here: The Scorn…

What the hell were they doing here in the past? Turns out, it's the scheme of an unheard of member of the House of Scorned elements that went silent centuries ago. Something happened and this member was supposedly kicked out of the house, left to wander:

Rãritriuüm the Dangling Feather: a beauty alined Scorn Kell that used to be the House's Royal Ambassador among the other Scorn. Although, centuries ago the Beauty and the Leader, Twïnãnsty, had an unusual afair and Rãritriuüm was departed from the house.

Left to her own disposal, she strategized a plan to get her back into the house: to make sure the Elements of Insanity never existed. Therefore, the God King himself Takengrin Endmmar, would siece to exist as a God King.

With the Elements of Insanity of the present come to Mario and the EoI of the past for aid against the Scorn adversaries, will they fall under the Scorn ranks? And Rãritriuüm be victorious?

It's a battle that requires strength of chaos relishing members and an Italian plumber to be graced and triumphant…
