The moment from "Party of One" where Pinkie gave Applejack her very creepy stare.

I decided to try something a bit different here, and left her pupils out (everything else is still there, including the reflected gleaming in her eyes). With Photoshop (or any other software that supports layers), you can throw a black fill in for the pupils and then place your own image (or anything else you'd like) over top of it, adding the appropriate effects to make it look as you're reflected in her eyes and that Pinkie is literally staring out of your monitor at you, lol. :P
