Browsing the MLP:FiM Character-Specific Memes page on TV Tropes and finding the apparent meme of "LOOK OUT! HERE COMES TOM!" when Twilight throws Tom the rock out of the Golden Oaks Library window. The meme is replacing Tom the rock with other characters named Tom.
Hence Tom the rock… and Tom.
