So there was a reason I was asking who you guys ship the Pillars with, and well, I ship Somanmbula with Prince Hisan. You see i have some headcanons here and there. So we know Mage Meadowbrook must of had a family due to Cattail so i was thinking who else?

Soooo headcanon time:

Rockhoof: Didn't have time to find somepony, he was always too busy finding issues and problems to fix. Finds a nice modern mare who helps and supports him through everything.
Mistmane: Godmother to Sable Spirit's foals, but never had any of her own, she felt like there was no need for her to have foals and felt fulfilled being a godmother
Flash Magnus: The ancestor of Flash Sentry and Rainbow Dash, so he had a family of his own but left them behind.

Somanmbula: After saving Prince Hisan she started to spend a lot of time with the royal family, working with them and slowly falling in love with the Prince, she still helped out with the pillars but not as much. After a year with the Prince, they decided to get married and had a little girl, but just a few years later Stygian become the pony of shadows and she had to leave her family behind. It broke her heart but Hisan promised to keep a diary of all that happens. They knew she might never get to see them again, but if there was ever a possibility, Hisan wanted to make sure, she would be all caught up. And their daughter, Amethyst Scarab continued this and asked her family to also continue. Amethyst loved her mother and saw her nothing more then a hero and wanted nothing more then to see her again.
Mage Meadowbrook: Had a family, her descendant is Cattail
Star Swirl: Had 3 arranged marriages to 3 of the most powerful unicorn mares he could find, with each mare he had one foal. He did this to continue insure a long line of powerful unicorns, his descendants are Twilight, Trixie and Royal Pin

Stygian: No descendants, he is much younger then the other pillars. He doesnt have much memory of when he was the Pony of Shadows, its possible while he was the Shadow that he did somethings. Sombra is said to be part Shadow pony.
