With the series about to end and some cool new locations appearing in Season 9 I figured it's about time for me to do some more MLP architecture drawings.


This one isn't of a new location but is a revisiting of one which met a tragic end. When the series started I figured the Golden Oak library would remain a part of show's landscape. It had been there since episode one and it was on iconic part of the show. So it shows a lot of courage on Hasbro's part to have Tirek destroy it at the end of Season 4. Too bad they didn't replace with something as equally iconic, but you can't win them all. However it does show very well that all victories come at a price.

I will have to check, but I hope that earth-pony will be offering this laser etched on wood at Bronycon 2019. You can see more of Earth Pony Creations work here.
