If ya think about it, it's actually true! Cozy just took a different path than Spike, while he made the best of what he's got, Cozy didn't take her position quite well — just a theory though.
I mean probably the reason why she isn't able to reform is that the Mane 6, Starlight, and the CMCs don't really have anything in common with her. But Spike might — and he's the only one that hasn't interacted with her much!
