1st thing, im sorry for being so late,

2nd, I did enjoy "Sunset Backstage Pass", It honestly was better than most of the EQG tv specials (not movies) in my opinion.


It WAS great to see the Dazzilings again, probably for the last time sadly….

But during the whole special, i just could not get around how disregarding Pinkie was towards Sunset. It reminded me alot of how they made RD in "Spring Breakdown", disregarding her character and her element to narrow down on one obscene character trait (in that case her belligerence towards evil) and emphasize the heck out of it to make her a paranoid jerk and ruin the cruise to create an easy antagonistic plot-line against the rest of them. Thats basically what they did here with Pinkie, striping away her full character to narrow down-on and inflate her over-eagerness to act as antagonistic towards Sunsets goals….

Im sorry if i seem like im looking too much into this, again its just my personal opinion. I just felt that it was kinda lazy writing, and i know EQG can do, and deserves better.

And i did enjoy the episode, as i hope they will continue making EQG even when the original ends. Thats all, hope yall enjoy…
