Page 807 — Great Gladiators
Scripts tend to be written first, panels arranged second, screencaps grabbed third, and then panels and words edited and rearranged fourth until everything basically fits. I usually try to be conscious of page space in the scripting phase, but when I write overlong yet want to keep all the dialogue, that's what challenges me to do strange layouts to fit everything in. I honestly should do it more often.
In important news, I'm very happy to announce that the first monthly one-shot campaign, or SpudShot, was a success and is now publicly available for listening!

Transcript:DM: So here's the racial block I've written up for griffons. I don't claim to be the best at balancing, but–
Gilda: +2 to Strength and Con or Wisdom? Neat, that's perfect for a Fighter. That way me and Rainbow Axe will be–
Rainbow Dash: Dash.
Gilda: What? Oh. Either way, I'm thinking this works perfectly for flavor. You and me will be old friends who fight giant monsters together. Which is basically what we are, when you think about it.
Rainbow Dash: Heh, y-yep… That's… definitely what we'll do… in this campaign… Fight giant monsters…
Rarity: Have you thought of a name?
Gilda: Sure. I'll be known as "Fightin' Feathers."
DM: Um, griffons actually don't use the noun-based naming scheme. It's more germanic, with lots of Gs. Grover, Giselle, Guto, Greta…
Gilda: Fine, fine… Call me Gilda.
Rainbow Dash: Pfft. Sounds like a grandma's name.
Gilda: That's because it is. My Gramma Gilda.
Rainbow Dash: Wait, THAT Gramma Gilda??
Gilda: Yep.
Rainbow Dash: Woah-ho, nevermind. She'd make a great Fighter. Yikes.
