I thought this was minty? but then I noticed she has wings.
I also noticed her eyes are yellow but I feel she's had pretty inconsistent eye colour over her time. that or it's a colour error

For a second I was very happy to have minty back more towards her original design rather than being an applejack recolour. But I guess it's probably not her.
