A powerful scene and the writers wasted it's potential. If anything this shows that she is a Tsundere. She get along with the other two but is afraid to call them friends, possibly due to abandonment issues. Of course she going to see friendship as a disease, Thorax is now the same color of Pinkie Pie suffering from bout of food poisoning.
I have a Feeling if Twilight or Discord (Still a big plot whole on his part) saw what we saw on that Mountain, things would have been different for the Trio
