A month after coming out, Iron Wingheart was surprised when his father brought him to Canterlot's annual pride parade. Sporting a handmade pride flag that was made by his aunt, Cadance, he wore it like a cape as his father marched with him. Some of the attendees were surprised to see the former police lieutenant march in the parade with his son but was welcome nonetheless due to his past service to the city.
